Mindful GAIA Return Policy
Can I return the product if I’m not satisfied upon receiving it?
Mindful GAIA appreciates its customers and aims for complete satisfaction on every purchase. If a buyer isn’t content with their purchase for any reason, we grant the option to return the product. Change of mind returns are permissible within a timeframe of 15 business days from the moment the merchandise is received. These returns must be communicated to Mindful GAIA by sending an email to info@mindfulbalance.com prior to the return.
It is crucial to note that returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and within the specified return period. Any costs associated with the return will be the customer’s responsibility.
On receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, the buyer has the option to exchange the item for another or request a refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days.
How to Return a Defective Product
Mindful GAIA’s products are meticulously crafted and may portray naturally occurring imperfections in the fabric, as they are made from leather. The ink used is a high-quality screen printing, requiring normal care for this technique. The paper weight is designed for the use of pen ink, and the use of permanent markers such as sharpies may result in ink bleeding, which is not considered a defect.
In the case of genuine defects, we will accept product returns if the item is in its original packaging and remains in the same condition as it was received.
Mindful GAIA will absorb the costs associated with the return of defective products.
As with standard returns, the buyer may choose to exchange the defective product for another item or request a refund. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the receipt of the product at our warehouse.
